Why do I need wellness coaching?
You may be here because your previous attempts were not successful, and that's okay. Let's honor that and start moving forward again towards achieving your goals and desires.
Life is busy and complicated sometimes. When we try to implement multiple things into our lives it can actually be overwhelming. With coaching, it's one or two steps at a time. (And what's cooler, is you have a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with you the whole way!)
With each session we are crafting and exploring how to make your best life your Inner Reality. So you can have long lasting, sustainable life change.
Fees:
Individual Sessions
Consultation Session: FREE and will last 30-60 minutes

$100 a month with 3, 6, or a 9 month coaching commitment, weekly sessions

$70 a month with a 3, 6, or 9 month commitment, bi-weekly sessions

$50 per session based on, pay per session, with no commitment
Group Sessions
$60 a month based on a 4 month coaching commitment
(weekly sessions that last 45-60 minutes with 2-3 other clients)
Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are all accepted. Credit and Debit are currently not available.

As a mom, you do so much and most of the time (maybe never) nothing for you. It's so important for overall health to show up for yourself on a regular basis. Coaching can offer you the support and guidance to find something that offers you the self-care you need (let's be honest, we all have to engage in self-care) to be a more vibrant mom. Better Nutrition
Think about whether your food is made more by nature or your fellow man? Unprocessed or processed? Fresh or packaged? Naturally nutritious or enriched and/or fortified nutrition. There is so much to think about when eating healthy. Coaching for better nutrition will help you by creating plans that help you make smarter and healthier decisions, because it can be overwhelming. We can start with the basics and work towards a total overhaul. Better nutrition helps support:

Whole Person Coaching
With how busy we are, it can be a challenge to remember that we are so much more than just one person. Whole Person Coaching explores the whole self: physical, mental/emotional, contributional, relational, nutrition, spiritual, and environmental. There may be one or more of these areas that need attention in your life and we work to bring that aspect up to par. This is great to explore if you are feeling stuck or feeling like you are spinning in circles all the time and need to recalibrate. You'll have the support and guidance to help you set goals and make living your best life your Inner Reality.
