All About Inner Reality Wellness

First of all, thank you for being here, in this moment. You may be reading this to find out about Inner Reality Wellness LLC and how it came to be. Well, I am here to enlighten you. My name is Tana Gallion and I am the owner and sole National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach of Inner Reality Wellness LLC. I would love to start from the beginning. I happened upon becoming a wellness coach when my husband asked me what was next for my career, since I would not be able to do massage therapy forever. If my body would allow it, I would be a massage therapist forever, but that’s not the case. I wondered what I could do to help people live their best lives, because to be real, life is too short to live a shitty life. (Pardon my French) As a massage therapist I became knowledgeable on how absolutely amazing and resilient the whole human body is, especially when the mind, body, and spirit are treated well.

As it were, I pondered where my purpose and passion would land me. Wellness Coaching. It just popped in my head one day. I explored what it was, and if wellness coaching was even a thing. And good news, it is a thing, that can have a tremendous positive affect on those who seek it (whether they want to or not). I sat with the new career idea for a while, searched for schools who had Wellness Coaching as a program. None of them really stood out. SWIHA (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts), resonated with me though. I was looking through the course catalogue one day, because I was cleaning off my kitchen table. I was kind of in a rut at that point too, since I was mandated to shut down my massage therapy business temporarily. Why? Because in 2020 the world came to a screeching halt, and so did my income. I had to do something to ensure the financial stability of my household (and sanity). And this time around I didn’t volunteer to be a stay-at-home mom, which is not my cup of tea.

I had to expedite my plans. I first took the Life Coaching Certification program at SWIHA to get back in the swing of school. Shortly after becoming a Certified Life Coach, I embarked on a journey like no other. The next program I enrolled in was the Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner diploma program. As my knowledge and awareness grew, so did my passion for wellness coaching. I don’t want to forget about the Holistic Nutrition part, because I love to cook and prepare healthy food. I was finally able to acquire the tools needed to help my clients utilize the tools they have inside of them, to make living their best life, their inner reality. Here we are today, in this moment, and I hope that you choose to have me as your Coach.
